KCR Moves into a New Office in Budapest, Hungary

Contract Research Organization taps further into the local clinical research market

Budapest, Hungary.

Berlin, Germany – 9 May 2016 – KCR, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), operating across 19 European countries as well as the U.S., has recently moved into new premises in Budapest, Hungary. The new office is located in the main trade area of the Hungarian capital and is easily accessible for business partners.

“KCR has already a strong footprint in Europe having representatives and offices across the region. Our expansion strategy is not only to focus on Western Europe and the U.S. but also on Central and Eastern Europe, where we continue to invest. The new location for our business in Budapest is another KCR move to benefit from the local presence in the region and the excellent setting in the market for conducting clinical trials,” said Mike Jagielski, President & CEO of KCR.

KCR started its operations in Hungary in 2009 attracted by the country’s qualified investigators and large patient pool, as well as high standard of medical care. Additionally, the country has been rated as one of the most attractive locations to perform clinical trials outside of the United States.

“Hungary is one of the key countries when it comes to conducting studies in Central Europe. The Budapest office will help to further enhance KCR’s local presence, by actively contributing to our regional operations,” said Katarzyna Lepecka, Head of Regional Clinical Operations Services at KCR.

The new KCR office is located on 10-12 Sas Street in Budapest.
