Marek Zdanowicz graduated from the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 1999 he was enrolled on the list of attorney at law. He started his career as a lawyer in Verpol s.c. legal office. Then as a legal advisor he cooperated with Gessel legal office. In 2001 he set up his own office. From 2002 he is the working partner of Marek Zdanowicz i Wspólnicy Sp. K. legal advisors office. Marek is presently an accomplice and the chairman of Energy Investors Sp. z o. o., a member of the management board and shareholder of Towarzystwo Fabryk Ołówków Majewscy i Wspólnicy S.A., a member of the management board and an accomplice of Majewscy i Wspólnicy Sp. z o. o., an accomplice of Willia Mokotów Sp. z o. o., Azure Property Gdańsk Sp. z o. o., MZMS Inwestycje Sp. z o. o., Moi Prawnicy Sp. z o. o. Moreover he is a member of the management board of Phoenix Biomass Energy and Kościuszko Partners with its headquarters in the United States of America.
