Before joining KCR in 2006, Elżbieta worked in the chemical industry where she performed accounting operations for Polish Headquarters and for 2 accounting offices, where she was responsible for accounting of companies in various industries. Elżbieta developed her career as an accountant at Mazovian Regional Health Fund. She graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in Mathematics and from WSDG University with a degree in Economics, with a specialty in accounting. She was awarded an Accounting Certificate by Polish Ministry of Finance in 2001.
