Before joining the KCR in 2004, Adam worked at a venture capital company (Enterprise Investors) as an Investment Director and was responsible for initiating and maintaining investments in health care businesses. Adam has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank, Ministries of Economy, Finance and Health in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. He began his career as a physician, then moved on to working in health care system administration where he grew two of the largest private networks of health care providers in CEE. Adam graduated from University of Warsaw (psychology), from the Warsaw Medical University and from the University of Minnesota (master of health administration).
