Summary of Job Specification:
Supervising overall aspects of clinical research studies according to Project Management Plan, SOP and GCP Guidelines; Supervising implementation of project plans as assigned; supervising and coordinating a team of assigned people.

Education / Qualifications Required:

• University/college degree (life science or medical degree preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology)

Experience / Skills Required:

• Minimum five (5) years of clinical research experience (including pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits)
• Good planning, organization and problem solving abilities;
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• People management experience
• Computer competency
• Fluency in local office language and in English, both written and verbal
