In KCR we strive to improve quality and to maintain our company culture. We also want to  understand our employees’ needs. In order to identify the areas for improvement, we  re-launched in the summer a 2011 edition  of The Employee Survey. Prepared and conducted by an independent company, this survey was answered freely and anonymously by over 80% of KCR employees. The results are very valuable in mapping out the future course of our Company.
 
Each employee had the opportunity to answer the same set of questions with a 7-degree answering scale:
 
 6 - CA - Completely Agree
 5 - A - Agree
 4 - RA - Rather Agree
 3 - RD - Rather Disagree
 2 - D - Disagree
 1 - CD - Completely Disagree
 0 - NE - No Evidence
 
The consolidated results of 4,5 and more were interpreted as KCR strengths.
