In autumn 2009 an employee survey was conducted in KCR. In order to keep it anonymous at each stage the survey was prepared and conducted by an independent company.
The objective of the survey was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of KCR and its Managers.
Each employee had the opportunity to take part in the survey and to answer the same set of questions with a 7-degree answering scale:
6 - CA - Completely Agree
5 - A - Agree
4 - SA - Slightly Agree
3 - SD - Slightly Disagree
2 - D - Disagree
1 - CD - Completely Disagree
0 - NE - No Evidence
The consolidated results of 4,5 and more were interpreted as KCR strengths.
