Today, KCR has about 60 employees outsourced to 7 companies in the 13 countries of CEE. This number increases on constistent basis.

 

For 10 years, we have been collaborating with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world by both outsourcing KCR staff and by monitoring and managing projects internally. A high level of satisfaction, regarding the quality of services provided by KCR, is affirmed by this long-term collaboration and its effectiveness in consistently growing KCR’s staff.  We currently have 36 outsourced staff members working for this large pharmaceutical organization. Of these 36 employees, 8 are located in Poland and the rest are dispersed among Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, Russia and Ukraine. A reference letter is available upon request. 

 

KCR is also a preferred functional services provider for one of the largest American biotechnological companies. Poland is considered this organization’s second most active region when considering number of employees staffed in this Biotech’s research department.
