We understand that Quality plays an important role in clinical trials. We also understand our customers’ continuous effort to maintain quality. Therefore, QA services are conducted in all projects run by KCR. Our goal is to deliver TOP QUALITY.

We understand that Quality plays an important role in clinical trials. We also understand our customers’ continuous effort to maintain quality. Therefore, QA services are conducted in all projects run by KCR. Our goal is to deliver TOP QUALITY.
Our internal QA program includes:
- investigational site audits
- co-monitoring visits
- audits of Trial Master Files
- internal ISO audits
- training programs
- effectiveness program
Our Quality Assurance team is independent from our other Operational groups and reports directly to KCR’s President. Our QA personnel have the required expertise to ensure that standards, processes and personnel are in place to achieve consistent and effective performance across all KCR locations and investigational sites.
Our team works closely with all operational personnel to share information, leverage experience and create consistent practices across all our offices.
